many google apps uc browser and many apps installed without problem but many other apps are stuck on security checking

delete security and appstore stock apps or disable it. it may solve your problem.

I experience the same here, can't install anything except few apk, like whatsap. Mine is M681H. Downgrade from 10A to global ROM | |
