Okey, you say that it imposibe create a rom for the M2 with nougat because of the drivers and that you can't create the rom but recently cyanogemod had created a rom to the meizu m2 with nougat, why you can't if cyanogem had done it?

That's a bad excuse, there are roms for meizu M2 and M2 note with android nougat, Meizu said that the GPU is not compatible, but as you can see in the ARM official web, it is:
