When I go to the engineering mode and Connectivity, all I have is Bluetooth, WiFi, WiFi CTIA and WiFi Display. I dont have the option that you mention?

in m3 note those who are not able to find the part -2's step 4 and 5 in IMS setting select VOLTE_OPERATOR_CMW500 restart your phone it worked for me
