This is specific to mobile model, latest firmware versions. So whichever the mobile and firmware u are using, update that to the latest one (if not available use Chinese firmware which Anand had used) 2. If you are not ready to flash to the latest firmware, please use jiojoin app with Jio SIM to make calls or SMS. But make sure that the SIM is not imei binded with LYF phone

Update your firmware to latest and check.
