I've MX4 I buy it free on-line store in CN after last update I lost my language SW now is A before was U what I to do? dowgrade isn't good solution becauze I never have in future oportunity update new SW ?? it's isn't fair to me as Meizu buyer!

My MX4 I buy free sim online shop at Chinese my SW in begining was 'U' after last update i got SW 'A' and lost my language.
From Meizu customer support recmmended medowngrade SW to previous version it's isn't fair to me as buyer if I do it in future I never have hadoportunity updaded new SW. I'm so disapointed I like Meizu here in Europe he's unknown brand Apple and Samsung is at two first places by popularity my proud for Meizu now is interupted what can I do? cry? | |

Phone looks nice work better then well but this happening with SW forced me to back on Apple. I would like the Meizu stuff read all this and conclude we made big mistake. | |

Guys, please help me!!!!
I manually upgrade my MX5 to Flyme OS5.1.2.0G_20160106 and the phone does not start!!!! the phone stayed in a infinite loop at start-up where it says "optimizing app x/78" when it finishes says "system upgrading....starting apps" and then goes again....after a minute or 2 it goes back to "optimizing app x/78" Please help me, I don't know how to fixed. Is it possible to go back to the previous OS? | |

用户457737512 replied at 2016-01-26 10:55 pess the power button for more than 10s to shut down the phone , and then press volume+ ,volume- button and power button, when you see the boot animation, loosen the power button. and then the phone will enter the recovery mode. if you have backed up your data before,select the clear data and then reboot | |
