Marshmallow has a higher security level than that of lollipop and about the permission manager, you can tweak the permissions by going to app itself from settings. So it is not a big leap for flyme. Also half of the people don't even know about the dynamic permissions, only if Marshmallow was on flyme. But, but, but flyme is great, flyme is better, flyme has NO MARSHMALLOW.

The Heart of FLYME OS...

d_parashar replied at 2016-07-01 11:45 Sometime it’s not just the feature but how convenient is the action also counts. Going to individual apps to tweak its permssion can be a pain. Security app is an integration for more such features. If you would have been aware about how buggy is M you would have never asked for an update to M. Most of the other OEMS out there who have got the M update are suffering huge criticisms from fans. We want to give u a much better secured OS..and we commit to keep the updates coming.

Bhavis replied at 2016-07-01 12:51 Thanx but i know "how buggy" M is, I am a developer myself so I know what I am saying. Keeping everything under one app is good and I appreciate it but being two iterations behind the normal android flow is what bugs me. Nougat is around the corner and we are still missing dynamic permissions, doze. They have a huge impact on OS performance. And FYI it is most painful to test the apps on flyme because of "n" reasons. Don't just add on new features, Fix the existing first.
