In Argentina, the fourth generation is enabled in the band 4 (AWS, 1700 MHz) or also known as (UMTS 1700/2100) and 28 (APT700, 700 MHz). But it is not enough to have the 2100, as 1700 is needed.

good luck with that, it the same problem with mx5, no oem can add frequency bands once it is released.
