Yeah need it as Budget Contender in India

Very Nice Product, tho as someone who spent hours if not days reading and watching review about it, I've noticed that a Common Con among the Eastern European and Russian reviewers are Camera Quality (Blurriness and Dullness/Yellow tint) and very Weak Speaker performance.
I understand that it's a budget device, however I'm curious if those two weak spots (in compare to competitors of that Price) may be fixed by a Software Update, and would it happen or not?
Also I'd like to know, are Asian (YunOS) and Global Versions are going to get the same Updates? or is the YunOS version will get most of the Attention?
