I have a Meizu M6 Note (M721H), which has fallen to the sea. The phone's OS isn't start so I need some help do get the datas from the phone.

I've read and tried many things around adb and fastboot.

The phone can turn on when it's plugged in, but just the logo can be seen, then the battery logo, then the phone restarts. Only thing I can do is put the phone to fastboot mode, if I do that I can see in "fastboot devices" but not in "adb devices". I've tried to enable flashing with "fastboot oem unlock" and "fastboot flashing unlock", but the cmd said: FAILED (remote: unknown command)

I don't know what can I do and how can I get out the datas from the phone. Please help me.
