Tymcio replied at 2016-08-09 01:53 Why developers need so many time to update the firmware ? Flyme 5.1.8.0A is already available, and G firmware look like A firmware but with more language and no chinese apps.
|
|
Because there is lack of developers and they are in China.
They must develop chinese and global version, test it, global testers must test it, resend, fix bugs... That why it takes so much time.

Tymcio replied at 2016-08-09 13:04 I think we can't go on like this after releasing these phones outside China. I think you have to set up a software development facility in Europe for users who use the global firmware.

Tymcio replied at 2016-08-09 17:34 This is funny answer and explanation why it takes so long to develop a Global firmware. If you are serious then this is endless process and we, the Global users, will never see a stable rom, because Meizu are the BugKings :) They always will find bugs, always will try to fix them and they will never release a real stable rom. Why after A stable rom is released, a week later we can't see the same stable rom but G version?

I am done with this company. Support - terrible, camera - terrible, battery - terrible, bugs. Flyme looks good but that's only positive. Meizu's biggest problem is no cooperation with customers. They should make more G beta versions. I am sure that many users would test it and tell the problems etc. That would help to release the update more faster and without so many unnecessary bugs. Could at least someone from the meizu team tell us how much percent of the new update is done? Thank you Sorry for my bad English
