why don't you take care about android version upgrade?

Android Version Updates is not a deal for Custom OS. For skinned OS they intend to provide more features

upgrading android version is more important than just adding features

we don't care about your UI. We need Google play store support than yours

Then a custom UI is not meant for you use AOSP!

I just updated my M6 Note to 7.0.1.0G the weather application not find my location, the GPS is N/A in the city list too many countries with only one city. Ex: Great Britain have just one cities London.....Hungary have just one Budapest...etc...
The old cn firmware 6.1.4.5.A version make better photos in auto mode with low light using higher ISO(4851) and auto slower or faster (1/14) shutter speed.
In the 7.0.1.0G version the shutter speed in auto mode don't go bellow 1/33 and the ISO even without light go just to ISO 2693 (it can go to 3200 but only in PRO mode. Also the weather aplication 2.0.5 work better than this new one. From the cn firmware version i can remove the weather to install a working one from the global one is system apk and i can't even downgrade it. Any help to solve the weather locations?

Hello. I have a question I cant turn into suggestions yet. Maybe you know, maybe you dont, but this is common question for Meizu currently.

Why is there no support for Google camera? It is easy to add/enjoy out of the box on any other phone. A LOT of people use this camera app mainly. It is a VERY important application for many people outside China, especially Russia, Europe, USA. You can install Google camera on Xiaomi, HTC, LG, Sony, Vivo, Motorolla, Elephone, ANYTHING. A lot of people will like Meizu for Google Camera! Google camera is essential for many people, like google play store itself! Especially in regions above! Why is this not possible on Meizu? It is not bug, it is intentional!

Another question, why is Meizu so locked up? Meizu makes great phones, if it had an official way to tinker with the phone, like some other popular manufacturers, Meizu would sell much better. Dont make it easy, make it official. Like unlocking through your server and PC app. It will be easy for you and people will buy more Meizu phones! And Meizu system will be MUCH more attractive to people! Meizu is one of the last manufacturer, who doesn't let buyers to unlock bootloader....even if buyers wanta to. Basically no custom software goodies = UNHAPPY . Why not to let people do what they want, their custom kernels, roms, if they understand the risks, etc?
