I have 6 correct predictions out of 8 and I don't have my name in quarter. It said that I don't have sufficient predictions to enter next round? How? Can someone explain me that?

I just correct predict the 5 out of 8 in Round of 16, and right now i m not able to predict the Quarter-finals. let me know Why.? and there are rules of enter in Quarter-finals "(1) To enter Quarter-finals, you will need to get at least 3 correct predictions in the Round of 16". according the rules i m qualified for next Round. but i m not able to predict the Quarter-finals.
