My questions to Pony: 1. What makes Flyme OS different from other ROMs? 2. When will Flyme OS adopt Android security patch updates? 3. Does Flyme have any plans to provide online music, video streaming services to its global users? 4. What's the reason behind locked bootloader besides security? 5. Will m3 note get marshmallow update? When? 6. What's the reason for not providing FM Radio in Flyme OS? 7. Flyme 5 was a major upgrade over Flyme 4 with complete UI overhaul. Does it mean that Flyme 6 will just be a minor upgrade? Hope my questions get answered! | |

2- yes it does and is done in background of the system
3- yes they intend to and are in regular talk with content provider
4- security is the main reason but kernel source would be released after 6 months of phone launch.

Plz ask this one: what things is meizu trying to make flyme exclusive and a more willing os as compared to others? For eg leeco recently tied up with local content providers to add to one of unique feature... Like wise meizu has added mback feature...whats next?

1. In his interview Pony had stated that all the new phones coming in 2016 would be based on Android Marshmallow... So then why is the M3 Note not running the latest version of FlymeOS based on Android 6 then... Isn't this contrary to what Pony stated in his interview... And since the M3 Note didn't come with Android 6, when would it get the update... 
2. Why is there a need to release 2 different versions of FlymeOS, one for Global and other for India... How are these two versions very different... Wouldn't it have saved the developers time and resources to just develop a single and more stable non-chinese version of the firmware instead of two so that hopefully the users would get faster and more stable updates... 3. When are the Meizu Flagships of 2015: MX5 and Pro5 getting the Android Marshmallow based Flyme updates...  | |

Questions from Polish community:
1. Why Global firmware isn't released so often as Chinese one? 2. Why there isn't Google Calendar preinstalled, and instead of it there is Flyme OS default calendar (which isn't adjusted for Global customers)? 3. Are you gonna release "paid" themes? Even same way paid like in Chinese firmware. 4. Do you plan to implement more options to adjust desktop animations (cube, etc)? When I will receive more I will post it here :) | |
