M3note not receving calls or textHi I have a M3 note on Android 5.1 flyme 6.2.0.0G which is behaving strangely since yesterday morning.
It is not receving calls, nor texts, on both SIM cards. In the SIM with call divert set on "if unreachable" the calls go the diverted number. In theSIM without any call diversion set, the caller gets a message of 'Not reachable". The signals for both SIMS are shown as full power and I can make calls. Further, I can even recive internet on the 4G network of one of the SIMS as set beforehand. Wifi too is working. Is this a known problem and if so how do I solve it. Thanks. Maneesh | |

Please reflash update.zip with Clear Data ticked. This should make solve your issue. Also backup your data before proceeding! Thanks | |

Hey, please restore your phone to the default settings and disable call diverting first. If both of these don't solve your issue then please reflash Flyme 6.2.0.0G with clear data ticked to fix the issue.
