avishai987： I found another solution! at list in my phone I didn't let google play service run in background, so when I give it premission the problem was fixed!

I had similar issues that got solved once I turned off the option:
settings > accessibility > developer options > don't keep activities | |

By far the best solution to this problem is to root the device and then install L speed (or any other kernel tweak app). Is very easy to use.
