I post in this section because the French section is empty.
I have Meizu M2 and is not possible to hard reset or restore my phone.
The strangest thing is when I uninstall an application, a photos and a file, after restarting the phone, the files, application etc. come back every time.

I add the SD card for update.zip, the process goes well but the phone comes back as before.
I think I caught a virus on my phone because it is impossible to restore, can not update, can not stop the current application.
