The bootloader is not really unlocked, that's the problem.
I did the same and Miracle Box said that I successfully unlocked the bootloader, but when I enter the fastboot mode ist still says "locked". Thanks Meizu for locking us out...

Use a flashtool from the computer And flash the flyme ROM

Try with Mediatek SP Flash Tool,  you will also need the drivers of the phone and the ROM you want to flash,  I guess that doing that you'll solve your problem. You are in a bootloop because there is no OS installed on your phone right now.  The bootloader in Meizu Phone is locked and you can't modify it.  What you could if you want to become your Chinese version to global, is to change the ID to the global one.  With that the Bootloader will think your phone in global and you can install global
