Hey, i have already reported this issue but due to it being spontaneous and no bug logs, the developers cannot find what is causing it and they can't fix it.

undeflorate replied at 2018-01-03 22:11 No, we need log file from the Meizu log capture apk file. If you capture a systemwide log using it, it could cross a GB of data within minutes so it's not practical to try and capture a system wide log of a spontaneous bug. | |

well a few days ago i updated to 6.1 and later to 6.2 since the first update the mobile stops doing it. so it's solved. update to the last flyme os
