We have seen Handwriting option in keyboard settings but many of us don't know how to use it. So here I will guide you how to enable and use this option 1)Open settings 
2)Go to language and input
3)Select Chinese in more languages
4)Handwriting option will be enabled
Dont worry keyboard will not change to chinese Just use handwriting option when you need and you can revert back to english just touch CH button on keyboard to revert to english and to go to handwriting window touch EN button
