Hello. I also had this problem. For me solution was found by reinstalling google apps and rebooting phone! Ou, and in the weather app i choose auto detect city, either it didn't work for me! Maybe this will help you. | |

Hmmm, maybe in few hour it will be fixed by itself =) Your google apps works fine? Doesn't know for sure, maybe problem not with them. And did you find weather app version 2.0.5-2017080314 from other your post? I am on this version!)

Sorry for the late replay... i downloaded the firmware from the Chinese meizu web site after i bricked my phone. After re-flashing, most of the small issues i had went away.
Its not perfect but seems to be much better. My weather notification is now working fine. I wonder if its dependent on some other setting to function correctly ? | |
