IF you say is a low SoC chipset then sorry, in this SoC Chipset, is can even UPDATE to Android 8.0 Oreo or Android Go (Based on Android 8.0)

Если хочешь андроид до 8ой версии - ставь сяноген, но тогда будут проблемы с обновой и неподдердкой устройства
