can I use other people's icons for the theme that we design?

@User27417248 , can you please confirm if my work accepted ? I have send email to flyme.theme@meizu.com on 21/11 and also did google form submission same date and one more submission today, but i have no any confirmation feedback. I worry if all was done correct from my side
