User5206781508 replied at 2018-03-18 10:30 You need to login first with that number first then log out. Then only you can log in with other account. If you don't remember password of that account and the phone number is not available for password recovery, you need to contact Meizu service center. Or you can try- 1. Reflash the firmware with clear data if you installed the firmware without clearing data. 2. Reset the phone (clear data) ,you can take back up before resetting too. But I am not sure these will work because due to security of Flyme os, this information is synchronized with your MEID or IMEI. So resetting won't fix this. | |
