You have chinese version (A). There won't be a problem with updating to 5.1.3.0A, but there are only 4 languages (3 Chinese and English).

More languages are only in G version.

I have meizu pro 5 (860B/ Flyme 5.1.2.0 G)
and my girlfriend has the same one (860B) but with Flyme 84.5.4A.
I've been searching how to update hers to 5.1 and i am still afraid of bricking it. I wanted to ask you wether we have the same variant (860B) with different OS (and by the way if 860B is chinese and i am with OS 5.1.2.0 G(global?) does that mean it is forced?) And most importantly how can i update her OS to 5.1? :) I'd be really thankfull if you can help me guys!! Thank you!

860B is Chinese phone. Your phone should be Chinese version but, person you bought it from change the rom to G unofficially. So, you cannot update your phone to G roms with flashing update.zip same as your girlfriend. You can safely flash A roms on your phones or unofficially install G rom on your Chinese phone, that as it's not official way risk of it is a few percent. (No report of brick with installing G roms on Chinese phone except if people did not follow the tutorials correctly or do something that was not in tutorial "installing G rom on chinese phone" by their own

Thank you very much! Is it possible that i have problems with the update to A version, now that i am G? :) And can i update my girlfriends phone from 4.5.4A directly to the latest ROM? Either way i will try to update both mine and hers tonight after i see a few tutorials!

Yes you can update her phone easily with no problem to a "A rom"

I have the following problem. After hard reset I have the following flyme version:
Flyme OS 5.1.3.1A  (Serial: 860B......)


I have downloaded the international version Flyme OS5.1.3.0G.


After that I have tried to install this version via update.zip, but it is not possible to change. I would like to have German language, but it is not possible at the moment.


Can someone help me please.

I just installed the chinese version, do you know how to install the play store now? since it isnt installed already :(

never mind, i got it running :) it was a little buggy at first but i read a forum and managed to do it
