Try to able your Debugging USB on your develop mode.

try to flash same firmware(which u r using ) with uncheck clear data.
it will not lost any data.. if u have already formated ur phone and created backup of ur data, so u can check clear app data(Recommanded).. | |

Enable usb debugging, then try installing drivers again by connection the phone as a cd-rom. Then restart your PC and try connecting the phone again through all the usb ports available on your PC.
