Dear Moderator,
Apart from promotions and all the events what are the plans about providing after purchase service. Although this forum goes well, which gives us idea how to get updated. But still I haven't found the positive about the service. As I was having problem with my handset, I call at the service center number at Rajkot, they haven't picked up the call, instead they just rejected the call. and Haven't called back. The call was made on 15/02/2016 at 4:09 pm. detailed image I am attaching here. This is really a serious matter. The place where the service center is located is bit far from my home, so I was about to ask timing of the operational for the service. In that matter, I think you haven't work.
