Meizu must not include FM Radio only in upcoming devices. Since Flyme 5.1.1.0A included it as "Offline Radio" in Music app(Meizu m2), they must include it as an update for Flyme 5 (Flyme 5.1.13.0G) or in Flyme 6 Global.
