Flash with fastboot method. Booting the phone into fastboot and then connect it to pc. There a drive appears. Paste the update file of your firmware there. And start updating.

Its not fastboot method,  its recovery method already try but it's just like normal data wipe.

Please tell me any method

What mess you have done with engineering​ mode, first make it clear here.

flashing the firmware again and erasing it completely remove all the settings completely and make the phone to its default setting.

I disabled my all 4G band, now it's not enable. I tried upgrading, data Cleary, downgrading, factory data reset. No one work

Why such foolish things done by noobs. If you didn't know the in and outs of Android then why did you tried those things. Don't Tell me lie, that you hadn't root access. Though using root access engineering mode doesn't allow to disabled bands. What I have understood that you have done something bad with system files and accidentally deleted some files using es explorar or similar. If you didn't then you have some luck though.
Try reflashing the same flyme version using which you did that mess.

Get ready for some tests, if my last posts didn't help, then after upgrading.
gain root access.
Take out the Sim.
Go to engineering mode then try, It should do.
Then 4636, check if everything ok or not.
Reboot again and then insert the Sim, it should solve.

If everything fails, then prepare yourself to visit service centre to get bashing.
