m touch not workingits been a few month suddenly my mtouch not working totally..i could not go back and also could not able to add any finger print..plz resolve what to do

Hey, please try reflashing the firmware with clear data ticked. If even after that it doesn't work then please take your phone to the nearest authorised Service Center. If it is under warranty then it will be replaced for free.
