hi, not sure is this right place but ill describe my problem and maybe someone will help me solve it. I went for a walk, phone was in a pocket, after around 30min want check what time is and phone was locked, needs password to flyme acc. I forgot password, never thought that ill need this password, now i know how important it is. I've reset passord to flyme acc by computer but wont works on phone. On the accont flyme a can check location my phone, sent message, erase everything, i can do all but cant unlock it. The question is, how to unlock phone? ive wrote to support, and recived answer: "Dear Patryk , Thank you for writing to us. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please kindly click the enter button after inputting password under wifi or data. Have a nice day." Ive done some pictures my phone with kaybord and w/o, trying find button to accept (enter) but cant see it, there is a button but sending me to next down line, making me a bit confused... Changing keyboard not working also... Any suggestions how to solve it? (polish language set on) | |

need more information, which web link did you change the password? was your password already changed ? and can't login with both old and new password on the mobile?

MZ_JackZhang replied at 2016-03-30 15:56 I know my password to account, problem is with button to accept the password to phone, because if i press Enter on keyboard it sending me to new line, its reading like new char not like a command to accept. I can log in to account flyme.cn and check everything up there, have control on phone, locate it, lock it, sent warning message etc... but cant unlock. I know PIN, password. | |

1: Adaptor USB OTG price around f12 pounds 2: Mini Keyboard USB 2.0 price around f10 pounds Checked in store before buying is it compatible, if Yes needs connect to network WIFI or Data, then button Enter (on mini Keyboard) works correct, mean as Accept button not as Next Down Line...
