Just try to root your device first and then install terminal emulator. Open terminal then type "su" and press enter. Then type "setprop persist.camera.HAL3.enabled 1" and press enter. Try this easy method for all android, who want to enabling camera2 api and get so much feature on the camera. Also try to use open camera, for better camera feature.
