Recently, Samsung released a new SoC, Exynos 7880, based on the 14nm process FinFET process.
With 8 64-bit CPU cores along with Mali T830 MP3 GPU inside, enables apps and games to run butter smooth and provide an enjoyable mobile experience.

According to Samsung, the advantage of the advanced 14nm FinFET process technology, Exynos 7880 consumes upto 36% less power than its predecessor built on the 28nm HKMG process at the same performance level. This enables battery life to last longer while delivering drastically improved performance, thanks to the octacore CPU and an advanced GPU.

According to the spec sheet, this new SoC supports eMMC 5.1, UFS 2.0, LPDDR4 RAM, a max display resolution of WQHD, upto 21.7 MP of rear and front cams, support of UHD video recording and playback at 30FPS and FHD recording at 120FPS. Along with this it also supports, LTE Cat.7,
3CA carrier aggregation, GPS, GLONASS and BeiDou positioning system.

So, do you expect this SoC to be seen in future Meizu devices? Each year, there's a Exynos powered flagship for sure from Meizu. This can be a great choice for this year's flagship.
