about 3hrs to reach 30% and even after 9hrs it remains stuck at 30

I tried to test the charging performance of meizu m2 with 5v 2.4A charger. I have attached the graph below. as you can see first 15 min it charged up to 19% then charging rate reduced. from 1hr to 2hr it charged faster and after 2hrs it reduced so may be that was the saturation point but when it was at 79% it jumped up to 100% which doesn't fit with the trend. why did this happen ?
FYI: phone was off while I was charging it
