Forgot my password...what do I do?I always use my fingerprint to unlock my phone, so I ended up forgetting my passcode.
Now, I need to add a new account, but it requires the passcode. I tried doing an hard reset (Volume Up + Power), but it still asks for my passcode. How do I remove it? | |

Try upgrading to flyme 6. In flyme 6 you can change your lock screen password with your fingerprint. If you are on flyme 5 try resetting your screen password with your flyme account. If you have no luck resetting your lock screen password you should visit your nearest service center to get your firmware flashed.
