bro go to app store and download google installer it downloads all google apps

Please download Gapps and install Google Play Store from there.

If you cannot download Google Play store then go to App Store search for GMS installer and download it. It will install all Google services. If you cannot download apps from play store then go to settings>application>play store and clear cache and data and retry again. If it still doesn't download then reinstall Google services.
