I prefer AMOLED.

The killer feature of AMOLED is its ability to only power needed pixels.
It extends the phone's battery if black theme is used.

Always On Display Screen like Samsung S7 is also feasible with OLED Screen which is very nice.
Would love to see Meizu phone with Always On Display Screen.
