You didn't answer the question, how you installing Google Play? Do you use HotApps?
If there is problem to download Google Play from HotApps the you can try this GoogleInstaller app from AppCenter | |

why not ? sometimes fixed lots of issues and I'm worry more about if that will happen while update new firmware,, but I really would like to think you for your help
