I've been having issue with "Service Cloud" eating my battery ever since that update even though I'm not using nor ever used any kind of cloud service. Anyone with the same issue? Also what's that "LuckyMoney" service that's running in the background? In any case I have to say Flyme is great, first time I've ever seen an os allowing such easy downgrade or update!

Onohara replied at 2016-02-09 13:10 The problem is that the global version has 100% chinese Apps. And the Chinese Apps always talk to the Internet. Right now we (global beta team) are trying to find a workaround to disable it. But the whole thing is pretty nasty. Further on, the global beta team reported all related issues. Including the weird LuckyMoney. So it should be taken care of in the future, I hope. Remark: My current workaround is to have NoRoot Firewall running (what eats my battery) and deny all Flyme Apps access to the Internet. Those apps constantly talk to Chinese Servers, even in standby and deep sleep.

ultrametric replied at 2016-02-09 16:59 That's indeed quite the nasty issue here, hopefully they'll listen to you guys and do something about it. In the meantime I'll follow your advice with the NoRoot firewall, that's way better than rooting and voiding the warranty just to block these, thanks a lot!
