Krohnenbourgh replied at 2016-05-18 12:30 It's not the firmware. Go to the contacts app and give a clear data to it. Before this copy the contacts onto your sim card or anywhere you want. I had this problem too on my M2 Note with 4.5.4.2I firmware. But it was my fault, what I did to have this error was to copy my contacts from my sim card into my flyme account and after that I've synchornized these contacts with my flyme accounts. And basically the contacts were doubled, I don't refer that I see twice the same contact but maybe the phone must load the same contact from two different sources. To not have this error on previous firmware was to clear data of contacts app and now I don't have any contact in my phone. And now go to flyme account and synchornize only the contacts and that's it, they appeared into my phone as Flyme contacts. Todat before upgrading to 5.1.5.0G firmware I've made a backup to my contacts and sms. And after upgrading I've restored the contacts and all it's fine. | |
