Hey, good article, i just bought an mx5 with updated FlyMe OS 6, i like it very much, it's fast and stable. But it's almost full on chinese, how to make it in english ?

A while ago, beta tester recruitment happened, those who were selected as testers were asked to submit their device's details. Finally, if you are not shortlisted as a beta tester, then its no use submitting your device's details. | |

I think i have the chinnese version, it was the only one who accepted the upgrade to flyme6. From where i can download another version of english Flyme6 ? I tryed tu downgrade to 5 with update.zip ... but gives me an error  | |

User535810472 replied at 2017-01-05 20:49 Guess you have a China mainland sale device, thats the reason you got an update for A firmware (G being Global). If its a China mainland device, it might not be possible to install g firmware. Still, please let me know the exact steps you tried while installing Flyme 5 firmware. | |

I've just learned that the Flyme 6 beta for the MX5 is still based on Android 5.1 Lollipop. I really relied that this update would be Android Marshmallow based, so i could use the fingerprint sensor on third-party app (such as Paypal, or Enpass).
Would we MX5 owner ever see on this device an Android release newer than Lollipop? I'm very disappointed, because i reall liked Flyme and Meizu phone's design. I think i won't reccomend Meizu anymore. | |

I downloaded flyme flymeos.com/firmware and put it on mobile storage and shut down the phone, power up + volume up and select update, but give's me error. I just tryed to reset all from settings, after fist boot up is the same, ~90% on english ~10% on chinese. Thanks and sorry my english | |
