happened to my m2 note too..but after hard-reset, the system notified to download the gms..will auto install after that..don't' forget to backup all your data 1st..good luck

Your best option is to use Hot Apps to install Google play services. Optionally if you can't use playstore (not working after install) : 1)Flash the firmware again but this time clear data ( you can keep a backup on your pc but if you are planning to change flyme version then don't backup apps ) 2)After you flashed firmware follow instructions to set up phone for use, but make sure you are connected to Internet. 3)After completing setup, you will get new notification. 4)Open notifications and press on new notification in order to install Google Play, Good luck! ^m^ | |
