If Meizu will release firmware not on Android 7. It will be Epic Fail. On Android 5.1 can not be used to pay bank programs via fingerprint, which is quite a serious problem for many people !

It's all a bit weird. In the event, they said they have been developing Flyme for 400+ days, when there was no Android 7. In Flyme designer Forum interview, he said they might skip Android 6 (M) and go directly to 7 (N).
