Very hard to say anything by this picture. If the weather app is from chinese firmware, then for user outside china it will be useless, because hard to set global city and info will be very short. If the weather app is from global firmware, then it looks like the same, some cosmetic changes.

Meizu is the worst when it comes to UI screenshots leaks. Yes, it is different from what we use with Flyme 5 bust still, I don't understand much therefore I'm exited or triggered in any way.
