M681H: Can't download anything after upgrade to 5.1.11.0G

Hi,

I'm M3 note user. I have a problem after upgrade flyme OS to 5.1.11.0G via OTA. After upgrade to this version I can't download anything from google play or browser. I also can't download from other app such as facebook, joox, etc.
There is no connection issue with my provider (Telkomsel Simpati). I can use my data to streaming but I can't download anything.
I try to factory reset the device and finally I can use the device to download again. But after 1 day, this issue happen again. I can't download anything again.
Could anybody help me with this issue?

- GMS already installed.
- Model M681H
