I tried to flash TWRP recovery using Flashify, but it did not work. Later when I unrooted my phone using SuperSU, in Setting - Fingerprint and Security - Root Permission, it was showing that my phone was rooted! Then, I installed KingoRoot and rooted my Meizu M3 Note again. This time when I opened SuperSU, it said "The SU binary needs to be updated. Continue?" When I clicked on 'continue' and then on 'Normal Recovery', it did not work. It only shows 'installing'. I guess this is because when I flashed TWRP earlier, I lost my stock recovery. Also, whenever I try to boot into recovery, my phone gets stuck in a boot loop.
I have tried flashing the stock ROM again but, it does not work because I guess there is no recovery.

Can someone help?
