I installed app store and google maps. But i am unable to download anything from app store or google drive or google chrome. It shows that its downloading but does not download anything. I tried with 2-3 networks but it does not help. Can you please do something??

Go to system settings-Apps-Download manager Do clear Data And then check Google play store and Download Any App Check if it is downloading or not. If having same problem Let me know. | |
