test it with GPS TEST from playstore, if it cant lock, cclear and update A-GPS if still not working ...
well what exactly is problem with vibration?, and about earpeace u mean its too loud? try pressing v ...
ok did it for myself and now it locks like immediately outside , wont lock inside so change gp ...
ok tried it now with gps test app and it locked within 30s inside a house.. and before that i check ...
oh yes absolutely there is a way to root it just login with flyme account and go under security and ...
