How could that be of use if all the bootloaders are locked? As far as I understand, that means that the kernel image must be cryptographically signed by Meizu to boot up? I don't really find what a "locked bootloader" means, honestly. Kernel is the kernel, and part of a ROM, not part of a bootloader... So is it a "trusted computing" thing, i.e. the cryptographical kernel image verification by the bootloader?
