I thought your method would work for me also, but when am trying to install it asks :" Replace app? User Center 5.7.0 replace as ......." I press Ok, it starts to install, but in the end is : "App not installed".

How you got user center 5.7.0 o ... I have no idea how the "User Center 5.7.0" ended up on my 5.1.3.1G, but it's there and believe me I didn't installed it myself. And I can not uninstall it as it is an system App.I am just wondering, how you guys are able to replace a system app without root. Or your Use center wasn't preinstalled? Thank you.
