I think topic need few change because now day if a brand provide 5000mah battery without fast charging then no one interested also it is now day negative point that this device without fast charging.Example lenovo p1m or asus zenphone max flop still this devices has powerful battery..So better include 3000-3500 mah battery with fast technology...no one has time to connect charger and forget about timeing of charge...

Well, using an M2 here. Neither has a big battery nor the fast charge tech., but really serves well on a daily usage. Not a heavy user here, all I use when I am outdoors is whatsapp and a browser. Once home, device is always connected to a plug point. Sometimes when I go nuts outdoors and game really hard to beat boredom without caring about the battery, those are the moments I really wanted the battery to charge really fast the moment I find a plug point. So I really wish for fast charge to be adopted on most phones. Bigger batteries or denser batteries is the story for another day. What use is a large water tank if it takes hours to fill up, the usage is always great. So fast charging is now needed thing.

Faster charging can easily overcome the need of a large battery as charging the device would be quick and so we will be able to use it frequently and only a little time of charge can give the usage of a quite reasonable amount of time.
